Vision2Reality Foundation is a 100% online, non-profit organization dedicated to helping newcomers to B.C. realize their business vision.
We share knowledge by providing free, simple and practical resources, as well as the opportunity to network with our community, which includes local business owners and experienced professionals.
Our Community is the simplest way to bring together network, entrepreneurial skills, events, practical resources, and leadership mindset —all in one place.
Our Story
It all started with Winnie, the founder of Vision2Reality Foundation. 30 years ago, Winnie came to Vancouver alone with only $1,000 in her pocket and no connections. Now she is the owner of a thriving business with wonderful staff and clients. After reflecting on her journey and hearing testimonials from her business partners, she realized that one of the largest obstacles start-up owners face is the lack of easy-to-access business resources and ongoing support. Often, resources are either buried by irrelevant articles or filled with hard-to-understand jargon. From here, the idea for Vision2Reality Foundation was born;
a collaborative community for start-ups. We give entrepreneurs the support they need by providing crucial resources and the opportunity to network with local business owners and professionals.
Our Mission
Vision2Reality Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on empowering and coaching newcomers in B.C. with a positive and inclusive mindset. We foster innovation and encourage newcomers who are seeking to start their businesses through an online, integrated community.

We believe that anyone who possesses a bold vision and has a plan for success can overcome any obstacle to emerge as an industry leader. We aspire to support and help manifest the dreams of all motivated individuals, families and communities through the promotion of entrepreneurship.

- We pride ourselves in exercising creativity and innovation in improving our pillar programs by taking a step back to assess the needs of our members, and tailoring each and every experience to them.
- We promote a warm and close-knit community by supporting each other through online and offline engagement, with a heavy focus on community empowerment through encouraging everyone to share their stories on our platform.
- We believe that accountability is key in building trust among people. As V2RF members, we are responsible for our actions, honest about our mistakes and make the best effort to correct and learn from them.
- Lastly, we celebrate with our team to make the journey more fun and cherish the small successes along with the big milestones.
